2025 Showcase Info

Our Annual Showcases will be presented on June 8th at Montclair State University’s Memorial Auditorium

REHEARSALS:
There are Mandatory Dress Rehearsals to be scheduled by class-

Dress rehearsals will be held on:

Thursday, June 5th between 4:00 pm - 9:00 pm

Friday, June 6th between 4:00pm - 9:00pn

Saturday, June 7th between 10:00 am - 9:00 pm

Each class will be assigned a 10 minute rehearsal time slot on one of our dress rehearsal days. Each class is on stage for 10 minutes, and then you are free to go if you aren’t in another rehearsal that day. Please do not drop off young students, as we will not have staff on hand to supervise them when they are not on stage.

Dress Rehearsals will take place at the Montclair State University Memorial Auditorium.

COSTUMES:

Costumes must be worn at the dress rehearsal and performance. Costume fees are $80 each for pre-k and elementary students, and $90 each for middle and high school students. They will be fitted in class, and distributed to students to take home in the weeks leading up to the show. Costumes are made-to-order and fees are non-refundable.

PERFORMANCES:

Sunday June 8th at 11:00 am, 2:00 pm, and 5:00 pm at Montclair State University’s Memorial Auditorium

Call times are 30 minutes before the show begins.

Each class performs their number in one of 3 shows. We do our best with scheduling over 6oo students, however students in multiple classes may have to perform in multiple shows, and families with multiple students may have their children performing in different shows.

The following classes will not perform in the Annual Showcase: Pointe, Acting, Jumps/Turns, MTC Tech, Private Lessons (voice, piano, acting)

TICKETS ARE MANDATORY FOR EVERYONE:

This is a ticketed event. Every audience member must purchase a ticket for each show they wish to attend. No audience member will be allowed into the theatre without a pre-purchased ticket; this rule also applies to children. All tickets are assigned seating.

Ticket sales and venue information (parking, handicap accessibility and directions) will be provided in early May. Tickets will go on sale on 5/12!
